Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your order's original shipment date. Returns received after 30 days will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Items must be in their original form, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
Final Few items and Jewelry are final sale.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Purchases made between 11/01/17-12/24/17 may be returned for refund or exchange until 1/31/18. Excludes Final Few & Jewelry; these items are final sale.
Once we receive your return it will be processed within 3-4 business days and at this time you will be issued a full refund minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges; you will be responsible for that.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Since our inventory is always changing, the best way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item(s) you want. This will ensure that your item(s) is still in stock.
